The Commercial Club Albury Gold Cup Carnival is now clearly established as one of the premier country racing carnivals in Australia. Winner of the prestigious Racing NSW award for the ‘Most Popular Country Feature Race meeting’ in 2009, 2008, 2006, 2004 and 2003.  The Albury Gold Cup is recognised as an icon event for the fast developing city of Albury.  With over $770,000 in prize money, trophies and bonuses on offer over two days with the feature race – $200,000 Listed Commercial Club Albury Gold Cup (2000m).

Carnival Dates:

The two day 2025 Commercial Club Albury Gold Cup Carnival will be held, Thursday 20th March and Friday 21st March 2025.

How To Get There:

Martins Buses will be operating from central Albury, Lavington and Thurgoona to the racecourse between 11.00am : 2.00pm

For the return trip, buses will be operating from the racecourse to central Albury 4:15pm : 7:30pm dropping at Dean St, Lavington Shopping Centre & Thurgoona on demand.

Cost of bus travel – $5 (One-Way) $10 (Return)

Car Parking:

There is limited car parking available at the racecourse. Patrons are encouraged to utilise either the bus service or taxis to get to and from the track.
