The following special resolutions will be put to the membership:
1. That Albury Racing Club Limited adopt the document entitled “Constitution” as its constitution pursuant to the provisions of the Corporations Act, 2001.
2. That upon the adoption of special resolution (1) above, the existing Memorandum and Articles of Association are revoked.
